After a difficult labor, Brianna and baby spent the first week in our&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bch.org\/Our-Services\/Women-s-Health-Maternity\/Special-Care-Nursery.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Special Care Nursery<\/a>. \u201cDuring labor and in the NICU, the nurses here were all incredible,\u201d she said. \u201cThey made a challenging situation into a great experience.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>After the family went home, \u201cWe wanted to express our appreciation for the exceptional level of care we received here,\u201d said Brianna\u2019s dad Giuseppe Palumbo.
